HOW IS A QUOTATION FOR A TRANSLATION CALCULATED?

A translation is priced according to the number of words in the source text. This rate can sometimes be increased depending on the difficulties of the text or in case of emergency.

Other ways to charge translation services may also be applied according to the situation:

• Minimum Price: if the project is small (about 250 words or less) a minimum fee covering everything is applied.

• Per Hour: this kind of pricing makes sense when performing audio transcription/translation or when updating or editing to already-translated text

• Per Page: some documents require per-page pricing (ex; with hard to obtain word counts,

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Payments are generally expected within 60 days of invoice date. Different payment methods are possible:

• Bank transfer

• PayPal

• Payoneer

• Check (France only)

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY TRANSLATION?

The delivery deadlines for a translation depend on the volume of words to be translated. Generally, a working day corresponds to the translation and proofreading of 3,000 words. This period may be extended depending on the workload or other factors (technicality of the text, etc.).
